Privacy Policy — Word Guesser

Word Guesser is a party word game. It does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs.

Data we collect

None. The developer receives no information from this app whatsoever.

Network access

The app contains no networking code and makes no internet connections. It works entirely offline, permanently.

Data stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of information locally so it can remember your setup between sessions. This never leaves your device:

• Your chosen round length (minutes and seconds).
• The word language you last selected.
• Whether the "Use only my words" option is switched on.
• Any custom words you add or import, stored as a file in the app's private Application Support folder.

Importing and exporting words

You can import a word list from a file you choose, and export your own words to a file you choose. These files are read and written only at your request, only at the location you pick, and the contents are never sent anywhere.

Permissions

The app requests no permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, calendar, health data, or notifications.

Children's privacy

Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything it stored, including your custom word lists. You can also remove custom words individually inside the app under "My Words".

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
